Coffee already tells a story through aroma, origin and ritual. For this Hario artist edition, I wanted that story to become visible in the object itself.

Where the story had to live
HARIO invited three illustrators to each create their own interpretation of a limited edition V60 dripper.
The surface is unforgiving. A white ceramic cone that wraps around itself — the design has to follow that shape without losing its rhythm. And with a maximum of three screen-printed colours, every line and shape has to earn its place.
I wanted the illustration to feel like it belongs to the object. Not applied on top, but part of how it sits in your hand when you brew.
